Cementitious Fireproofing (SFRM)

Spray-applied cementitious fire resistive materials (SFRM) to structural steel, slowing heat transfer and preserving load-bearing capacity to buy critical time for evacuation and asset protection in a fire event. It’s a proven, cost-effective solution for high-volume structural applications. Warehouses, industrial facilities, parking structures, and commercial buildings. Where durable, long-lasting protection matters more than a decorative finish. At Alltrin, our crews apply to manufacturer specifications, including Cafco/Isolatek systems, to deliver fire ratings up to 4 hours, tested to international standards, and we also handle patch repairs and re-certification for existing fireproofing that’s been damaged, modified, or aged out of compliance.

Intumescent Fireproofing (IFRM)

Alltrin Limited applies intumescent coatings to structural steel to protect against fire-induced collapse. A thin film system that expands dramatically when exposed to heat, forming an insulating char layer that shields the steel and slows the rate at which it loses strength. Unlike cementitious systems, intumescent offers a smooth, paintable, architecturally finished appearance, making them the preferred choice where exposed steel is part of the design. Lobbies, atriums, and other visually prominent structural applications, without compromising fire performance. Our crews apply to specified dry film thickness using manufacturer-certified systems, tested and rated to international standards. We also handle inspection, repair, and re-certification of existing intumescent coatings that have been damaged or need updating.

Firestopping

Firestopping systems seal penetrations, joints, and gaps in fire-rated walls and floors. Where pipes, cables, ducts, and other services pass through, to restore the compartmentation that stops fire and smoke from spreading between areas of a building. A structure is only as fire-safe as its weakest opening, and unsealed penetrations are one of the most common (and most overlooked) compliance gaps on a job site. At Alltrin Limited, we install rated firestop systems using UL-listed and manufacturer-approved products, matched to the specific penetrant, substrate, and required fire rating, with full documentation for inspection, and code compliance. Plus assessment and remediation of existing penetrations that have been left unsealed or improperly installed.

Thermal & Acoustic Insulation

Alltrin Limited offers thermal and acoustic insulation systems that improve a building’s energy efficiency and sound control while working alongside our fire protection systems to deliver a complete building envelope solution. Thermal insulation reduces heat transfer to cut energy costs and improve occupant comfort, while acoustic insulation dampens sound transmission between spaces. Both critical for commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects where energy performance and noise control are part of the design brief. Our crews install to manufacturer specifications across walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems, ensuring proper coverage and fit without compromising the fire-rated assemblies they’re installed alongside.

Specialty Coatings & Finishes
